If you are looking for a simple dish, look no further than the delicious GRILLED ZUCCHINI (ZUCCHINE GRIGLIATE).

Very easy to prepare, they can be a side dish to meat or fish or even to a very good potato frittata, my favorite. They are a vegetarian dish, but above all, they are suitable for those on a diet.

Just cut the zucchini slices at their length, grill them on the grill hot plate, and then season them with a delicious organic extra virgin olive oil as I did. Or you can season them with a “pinzimonio” made of oil, lemon juice, mint, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.

    • Heat a grill plate.
    • Wash and cut the zucchini at their length with a mandolin.
    • Put on the hot grill and cook on each side for 4-5 minutes; the zucchini should not be rotated constantly, only once.
    • Once cooked, place them on a plate with salt and pepper and season with oil.
