PRALINES of CHOCOLATE and MASCARPONE CREAM:  a perfect blend of taste, smell, and sight. 

So, some time ago, in one of my afternoons after a hard day’s work, I put myself in the kitchen to relax by experiencing one of the thousands of recipes found on the internet and then transforming it into my version.

In my fridge, in a corner, there was a pack of mascarpone cheese that I begged myself to use instead of leaving it to become moldy and throwing it into a trash can.

And I thought of making some tasty melted chocolate PRALINES with a delicious mascarpone cream. Eating when you feel stressed or morally down is a pleasure because chocolate contains bioactive substances that affect the mood, favoring well-being.

Description

PRALINES of CHOCOLATE and MASCARPONE CREAM:  a perfect blend of taste, smell, and sight. 

Ingredients
  • 14 ounces dark chocolate
  • 5.3 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 3.5 ounces whipping cream
  • 2.5 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1.25 tablespoon cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 2.5 tablespoons pistachio grains
  • 2.5 tablespoons coco rape
Instructions
    • Dissolve the dark chocolate in a bain-marie.
    • Whip the cream with the powdered sugar.
    • Add the mascarpone cheese, continuing to whip.
    • Mix the mascarpone cream with the melted chocolate until you get a homogeneous mixture.
    • Allow cooling in the fridge for at least 3 hours to solidify the mixture.
    • After 3 hours, make small balls and roll them over cocoa powder, pistachio grain, or on coco rape.
