Soft Panini al Latte (Milk Rolls)

Soft panini al latte

Today, with my children, I prepared the panini al latte (milk rolls); they are tiny soft buns and very addicting, and you’re always reaching for more. They are made with flour, milk, and oil. With almost 4 cups of flour, 20 rolls were obtained, and my children ate them all in 2 hours. I used the lievito madre, following the procedure of taking it out from the fridge and keeping it at room temperature for 4-5 hours.

They can be packed with both sweet and savory ingredients, such as Nutella, jam, salami, and cheese, or even made into mini sandwiches like hamburgers!

You can prepare this panini al latte even days or a week before because it can be frozen and defrosted for birthday parties, buffets, or any other needs you may have.
