This is a very special recipe but fortunately, it’s very easy to prepare for a fancy event.
Whipped cream Lime scented within white almond chocolate disks is a dessert for white chocolate lovers but it’s also contrasted by the exotic taste of lime.
Whipped Cream Lime Scented within White Almond Chocolate Disks
White almond chocolate disks
- 200 g white chocolate 7.05 oz
- 30 g butter 1.05 oz
- 30 g almond flour ¼ cup
Whipped Cream Lime Scented
- 250 ml whipping cream 1 cup
- 30 g sugar 1.05 oz
- 1 grated lime peel
- 1 lime
- White almond chocolate disks
- Melt the white chocolate and the butter in a bain-marie.
- Add the almond flour, mix well, and spread the mixture with the help of a rolling pin on a sheet of baking paper, as in the picture ?
- Put it inside the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- With a 5 cm round cutter, make the discs and store them again in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Whipped Cream Lime Scented
- Squeeze the lime in a bowl.
- Melt the sugar in the lime juice.
- Whip the cream and add the melted sugar stirring from top to bottom, making sure that the cream does not disassemble.
- On a nice plate lay down a disk of white almond chocolate and a dash of whipped cream.
- Cover gently with another disk and decorate it with grated lime and some slices of strawberries.
