White almond chocolate disks
Melt the white chocolate and the butter in a bain-marie.
Add the almond flour, mix well, and spread the mixture with the help of a rolling pin on a sheet of baking paper, as in the picture ?
Put it inside the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
With a 5 cm round cutter, make the discs and store them again in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Whipped Cream Lime Scented
Squeeze the lime in a bowl.
Melt the sugar in the lime juice.
Whip the cream and add the melted sugar stirring from top to bottom, making sure that the cream does not disassemble.
Assembling
On a nice plate lay down a disk of white almond chocolate and a dash of whipped cream.
Cover gently with another disk and decorate it with grated lime and some slices of strawberries.
