Ingredients
  

White almond chocolate disks

  • 200 g white chocolate 7.05 oz
  • 30 g butter 1.05 oz
  • 30 g almond flour ¼ cup

Whipped Cream Lime Scented

  • 250 ml whipping cream 1 cup
  • 30 g sugar 1.05 oz
  • 1 grated lime peel
  • 1 lime

Instructions
 

  • White almond chocolate disks
  • Melt the white chocolate and the butter in a bain-marie.
  • Add the almond flour, mix well, and spread the mixture with the help of a rolling pin on a sheet of baking paper, as in the picture ?

  • Put it inside the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • With a 5 cm round cutter, make the discs and store them again in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

  • Squeeze the lime in a bowl.
  • Melt the sugar in the lime juice.
  • Whip the cream and add the melted sugar stirring from top to bottom, making sure that the cream does not disassemble.
  • Assembling
  • On a nice plate lay down a disk of white almond chocolate and a dash of whipped cream.
  • Cover gently with another disk and decorate it with grated lime and some slices of strawberries.
